## Delivery restriction at Bradley International Airport (BDL)

#### Restriction details

As of Sept. 5, 2024, hosts are prohibited from accepting new bookings at Bradley International Airport (BDL). Hosts are prohibited from:

*   Picking up or dropping off vehicles anywhere on the airport or its property. This includes, but isn’t limited to, roadways, terminal curbsides, and parking lots
*   Traveling on any of the roadways at the airport to pick up or drop off a vehicle to a guest
*   Instructing or encouraging guests to use BDL-permitted shuttles (such as hotel, rental car, or parking garage shuttles) to travel to or from a pickup or return location unless a guest is a hotel patron using that hotel’s shuttle

#### Next steps for hosts who offer delivery at BDL

*   Remove BDL and any address on airport property as a home or delivery location to prevent guests from booking delivery there
*   Add other locations in the Hartford area that are not on airport property and may be convenient alternatives for guests  
      
    

## Delivery restriction at Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR)

#### Restriction details

As of Aug. 7, 2024, hosts are prohibited from delivering their vehicles at Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR). Hosts are prohibited from: 

*   Dropping off or picking up vehicles anywhere on the airport or its property. This includes but isn’t limited to, roadways, terminal curbsides, and parking lots
*   Traveling on any of the roadways at the airport to pick up or drop off a vehicle to a guest
*   Instructing or encouraging guests to use MYR-permitted shuttles (such as hotel, rental car, or parking garage shuttles) to travel to or from a pickup or drop-off location unless a guest is a hotel patron using that hotel’s shuttle

#### Next steps for hosts who offer delivery at MYR 

*   Get in touch with all guests who have trips starting or ending at MYR on or after Aug. 7, 2024. Ask them to change the location of their trip
*   Remove MYR and any address on airport property as a home or delivery location to prevent guests from booking delivery there
*   Add other locations in the Myrtle Beach area that are not on airport property and may be convenient alternatives for guests 

## Delivery restriction at San Diego International Airport (SAN)

#### Restriction details

As of June 30, 2024, hosts are prohibited from accepting new bookings at San Diego International Airport (SAN). Hosts are prohibited from:

*   Picking up or dropping off vehicles anywhere on the airport or its property. This includes, but isn’t limited to, roadways, terminal curbsides, and parking lots
*   Traveling on any of the roadways at the airport to pick up or drop off a vehicle to a guest
*   Instructing or encouraging guests to use SAN-permitted shuttles (such as hotel, rental car, or parking garage shuttles) to travel to or from a pickup or drop-off location unless a guest is a hotel patron using that hotel’s shuttle

*   Remove SAN and any address on airport property as a home or delivery location to prevent guests from booking delivery there
*   Add other locations in the San Diego area that are not on airport property and may be convenient alternatives for guests

We’re as disappointed as you are that, despite Turo’s best efforts, these airports have refused to provide a fair permit for peer-to-peer car sharing and has engaged Turo in litigation. More than 100 airports have fair permits that allow peer-to-peer car sharing, and we’ll continue to work on your behalf so that the Turo community can increasingly benefit from peer-to-peer car sharing at airports.
