To see additional guidelines, parking instructions and violation fines at the airport(s) where you offer delivery, see the list of delivery-permitted airports below. Tap/click the name of the airport to read the related article.  Violation of the guidelines listed here or of [Turo’s airport permit policy](https://help.turo.com/airport-permit-violation-policy-HJXOrOp_A), will result in a [violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) deducted from host earnings. Turo charges this violation fee _in addition to_ any fines issued by an airport. **It’s your responsibility to read and follow the** **airport permit policy** **as well as all guidelines and instructions for airport delivery.**  ## Fees #### Airport fee Each permitted airport requires Turo to collect and remit to that airport a fee that allows you to deliver a vehicle there. Fees are set by the airport and differ across facilities. Turo doesn't set these fees, mark them up, or retain any portion. In most cases, guests are responsible for these fees, but some exceptions apply.  #### Parking fees See [complete information](https://help.turo.com/parking-fee-for-airports-with-delivery-permits-us-and-canada-hosts-H1hLl1lLbg) about parking fee guidelines. ## Vehicle location at permitted airports  Turo requires all hosts who deliver to permitted airports to share their vehicle location and parking details with guests to help them find the car. Share this information via the trip **Details** page beginning 24 hours before the scheduled trip start. To save time, save your parking location in the **Location and delivery** setting, and when you arrive at the airport, drop a pin and add your exact parking details. Include the name/ number of the section and parking space, photos of the vehicle and its surroundings, and travel directions from the airport terminal to the car. We’ll send this information to your guest no more than an hour before the trip start **_only if_** you’ve confirmed their license. ## Vehicle drop-off/pickup #### Remote drop-off * Park no earlier than 4 hours before a trip starts and no longer than 4 hours after a trip ends. If the lot, garage, or parkade has a parking time limit of less than 4 hours, that limit takes precedence * Don’t park in any ♿accessible or reserved stalls  * Don’t leave the vehicle unlocked with keys inside; put them in a secure lockbox or engage remote locking technology **Important:** Some airports have specific parking duration limits outside of this policy. Check the Help Center article for the airport where you offer delivery to ensure you follow the parking rules at that airport and to avoid a violation fee and airport fine. #### Remote pickup * Ask your guests to complete checkout at the end of their trip and confirm the parked location of the vehicle  * Remind them to leave the parking ticket and the key and tell you when to engage remote locking technology, if applicable #### Drop-off and pickup at designated in-person-only location * Meet your guest **_in person_** at the designated location * Stay with the vehicle until your guest arrives; unattended vehicles/remote drop-offs aren’t  permitted in areas designated for in-person only drop-offs/pickups * Complete drop-off and/or pickup in less than five minutes ## Airports with a delivery permit Turo has a delivery permit at the airports listed below.
