## Delivery at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) 

Turo has a delivery permit governing host and guest activity at this airport. You must comply with:

## Facility access fee

Turo charges a $15 facility access fee at the start of a trip that includes delivery at BOS. This fee covers parking for the vehicle tied to a trip for four hours before the scheduled trip start and four hours after the scheduled trip end. Turo deducts this fee from host earnings, which appears as "Airport Access Fee" on your trip receipt, and prohibits hosts from requesting guest reimbursement for this cost. Hosts who exceed this time limit will be charged an additional, increased parking cost.

*   Economy Parking Garage – 30 Turo-dedicated parking spaces
    

**Use the second** **entrance** of the garage. The first entrance requires you to pay to enter and takes you to the public section of the garage where you’re unable to access the Turo-dedicated spaces. **Turo won’t cover the parking fees if you enter the public section of the garage.** 

******Park** **no sooner than three hours before the trip start time and pick up no later than three hours after the trip end time at this location. Failure to comply will result in a fine up to $500 and/or vehicle being towed.******

#### Prohibited locations

*   Central Parking Garage
    
*   Terminal B Parking Garage  
    
*   West Parking Garage
    
*   Any other non-permitted location, including curbside anywhere on airport property
    

## Parking cost

You’ll required to have an airport-issued transponder to enter the expanded, Turo-dedicated parking location at BOS. As of March 23, you can register for a transponder and must have one in place by May 1. When you register for the transponder, you’ll connect a credit card to pay for all parking costs incurred there. 

Parking in the dedicated exchange location will be free during delivery and return for four hours. BOS will charge a parking fee to your credit card for vehicles parked longer than four hours. Hosts are prohibited from requesting reimbursement for parking costs from guests.

## Delivery permit violations at BOS

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of BOS's rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You’ll incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: $250 airport fine and written warning
    
*   **Second violation**: $500 airport fine and permanent suspension from delivering to BOS
