#### Parking instructions

*   Start and end every trip inside one of the permitted lots or parkades; do not meet your guest at the curb to drop off or pick up the vehicle
    
*   Park no earlier than two hours before the scheduled trip start or no longer than allowed by the lot or parkade, whichever comes first
    
*   If you’ve pre-paid for parking, send a digital copy of the reservation confirmation to your guest or plan to leave a paper copy in the vehicle
    
*   Enter the lot or parkade, pull a ticket, and leave it in the vehicle along with cash or a paper copy of the parking reservation 
    

#### Prohibited locations

*   Park & Jet 
    
*   Curbside anywhere on airport property, for both vehicle drop-off and pickup
    

## Delivery permit violations at YYC

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of YYC’s rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You’ll incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: Written warning
    
*   **Second violation**: $250 airport fine and 30-day suspension from delivering to YYC
    
*   **Third violation:** Permanent suspension from delivering to YYC
