#### You can update your email address on your **Account** page or through a form.

## How to change email address (on app)

1.  Tap **“More”** at the bottom of screen
2.  Tap **“Account info”** 
3.  Tap **“Email”** 
4.  Delete your current email to erase it and enter a new email address 
5.  Verify the change via the code we’ll send you

## How to change email address (on web)

1.  Hover over your profile photo to open the drop-down menu
2.  Choose **Account**
3.  Scroll down to the email field and delete your current email address
4.  Enter a new email for your account
5.  Verify the change via code we’ll send you

## Trouble shooting 

You can only have one Turo account, so always change your email address rather than use a different email to create a new account. **If you create a new account for a separate email, you’ll be unable to book or list a vehicle.** 

If you have trouble changing your account email, complete and submit [this form](https://help.turo.com/contact/license-verification-HJblm6jsR).The form will ask for the following information:

*   email address currently tied to your Turo account
*   new email address you want to tie to your Turo account
*   Close-up photo of the front of your license
*   Close-up photo of the back of your license
*   Selfie of you holding your license next to your face

After you submit the completed form and photos, Turo will respond by email within two to three business days to let you know whether your update was successful.
