#### Parking instructions

To enter the parking lots, insert your credit card in the card reader. Your card won’t be charged, and no ticket will be issued. To exit, press the intercom button at the gate and tell the parking staff you're a Turo host picking up a vehicle. They’ll take your payment and allow you to exit.

To enter the Smart Parking Garage, pull a ticket at the garage entrance.

## Delivery permit violations at CLE

Failure to comply with parking and other rules at this airport is a violation of CLE's rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You will incur a warning, fine and/or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: Verbal warning
    
*   **Second violation**: Written warning
    
*   **Third violation:** Permanent suspension from delivering to CLE
