## Policy

You may use a vehicle booked through Turo only for your personal or, where permitted, [professional use](https://help.turo.com/en_us/professional-uses-policy-HJmiAoQfyg). You may not use a vehicle booked on Turo for any commercial purposes. Commercial purposes are purposes that require a commercial driver’s license. 

There are currently no programs under which Turo permits the use of vehicles for commercial purposes. See “Use of Vehicle” under the “Specific terms for guests” section in Turo’s [Terms of Service.](https://turo.com/us/en/policies/terms) 

## Violations

If you violate Turo’s Commercial uses policy, we may apply the following consequences:

*   Charge a Commercial uses policy violation fee of $150 plus a 3% Turo admin fee
*   Void your protection for any physical damage to a host’s vehicle and hold you fully liable for damage repair
*   Temporarily suspend your use of the platform 
*   Remove you from Turo
