## Eligibility

You may be eligible for a courtesy car for up to a maximum of £350 per claim if you meet **_all_** the following criteria:

*   You’re a host in the UK
    
*   You have only one car listed on Turo
    
*   The plan applied to the vehicle was the More peace of mind plan
    
*   You’ve filed a damage claim with Turo for the vehicle or have reported a late return
    
*   Repairs are estimated to take more than three days, or it’s been more than three days since the trip ended and the car hasn’t been returned
    
*   Repairs are performed by a mechanic in the repair network of our claims management vendor 
    

## How do I get a courtesy car?

Turo will provide up to £350 per claim towards a courtesy car. You can choose to receive travel credit of up to £350 to book the courtesy car on Turo. We’ll issue travel credit incrementally for vehicles undergoing repair but will issue your eligible amount in full up front if your vehicle is deemed to be a total loss. 

If you prefer to book outside of Turo, you can receive a refund of up to £350 to be added to your host earnings after submitting a valid rental invoice.
