Turo has a delivery permit governing host and guest activity at this airport. You must comply with:

*   specific guidelines, parking instructions, and violation fines for DFW listed here;

* general instructions for [US airports with delivery permits](https://help.turo.com/us-airport-delivery-information-or-hosts-Hkc1LEl4q); and

*   Turo’s [airport permit policy](https://help.turo.com/airport-permit-violation-policy-HJXOrOp_A)

**Failure to do so can result in citations, fines, removal of airport privileges, and/or removal from Turo.** Help your guests have a successful experience at this airport by sending them [this link to the DFW guest article](https://help.turo.com/dallas-fort-worth-international-airport-dfw-guests-B1xuJSR).

## Delivery locations

### Permitted location – Peer-to-Peer Turo Lot

#### Capacity check and overflow

Before arriving at the airport, check the lot capacity [via this link](https://app.parkmycarshare.com/current-occupancy/DFW_TURO) from our third-party provider, Park My Share. Send this link to your guests via Turo messaging as part of your vehicle return instructions so they can check parking space availability at the end of their trip. If the lot is full, go directly to the overflow lot, and instruct your guests to do the same if a parking space is unavailable for them.

#### Location and access

The Peer-to-Peer Turo Lot is located at 2424 E. 38th St. Park no earlier than six hours before the scheduled trip start. Tell guests to take the purple Rental Car Center shuttle to reach this lot.

#### Lot entry requirements

You or your guest will be allowed to enter the lot _**only if**_:

* You have a booked trip starting within the next 6 hours

* They have a booked trip that ended within the last 6 hours

If you’re delivering to DFW for the first time, you will receive a link to register with Park My Share to sign up for an account to gain access to the lots, chase car signup, and status updates.

All vehicles must have a current, accurate license plate listed on the Turo platform. The plate must be fully visible and readable (no covers, bike racks, or other obstructions).

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of DFW’s rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You’ll incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings.

* **First violation**: $100 airport fine
