## Delivery permit violations at MSN

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of MSN's rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You will incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings.  

*   **First offense** - Verbal warning 
*   **Second offense** - Written warning, a required written response from host, and a $125 fine
*   **Third offense** \- Loss of delivery privileges at MSN and $250 fine
