\***There is no pedestrian access to the ecopark lots.** All hosts must use the ecopark shuttle or other vehicle to enter the lots when picking up their vehicle at the end of a trip. Entering on foot is a safety risk and will result in a violation from IAH.

## Parking fee

Hosts are responsible for parking costs at this airport. If the parking location charges an hourly rate, you’re responsible for the costs incurred before the trip’s scheduled start time, with a mandatory minimum cost of one hour. ## Delivery permit violations at IAH

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of IAH’s rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You’ll incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: $100 penalty
    
*   **Second violation**: $250 penalty
    
*   **Third violation:** $500 penalty and one year suspension
