Host-Given Discount Codes T&Cs
Host Terms
Any discount code a host requests for Turo to send to a guest results in a unique price reduction for that guest to use to book a future trip with that host. Discount codes are one-time use only and may only be requested after the end of a trip. When a guest redeems the discount code, it will result in a decrease to the trip price. Earnings will be calculated on the discounted trip price.
Guest Terms
Unique discount codes sent to guests from a host entitle that guest to receive a percentage discount in the amount stated in the offer on the guest’s next Turo reservation with that host. (We'll refer to the promotion simply as “discount code” from here on.)
To take advantage of the discount, you must:
- receive a discount code from a host
- make a reservation with that same host and enter the discount code at checkout
- complete checkout within 90 days of receiving the discount code
Discount code is valid for a single use. The discount code will be voided if the booking expires or is declined, changed, or canceled.
Promo codes:
- are non-transferable
- are not for resale
- cannot be combined with other promotional offers
- cannot be used for any reservation previously made
Discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit for any reason. Turo reserves the right to change or limit the promotion in its sole discretion. Usual terms and policies apply and all reservations are subject to availability. Users with an account that is suspended or closed are not eligible to redeem this promo code. If Turo suspects fraud, tampering, violations of the Turo Terms of Service, or technical errors, we reserve the right to any remedy. These include denial of the discount or cancellation of your account or reservations.
