## Instructions for invoicing a guest for additional distance

1.  Open the trip to land on the **Details** page.
    
2.  Select **Create or view invoices** then **Create invoice**.
    
3.  Select **Additional distance** then **Continue.**
    
4.  **Confirm** that the number of extra mi/km driven is correct; Turo auto-fills the number based on your photo evidence.
    
    *   **If the number of extra mi/km is incorrect:** Enter the correct number and attach pre- and post-trip photos of the odometer that contain metadata showing date, time, and geolocation.
        
5.  Select **Add to invoice** 
    
6.  Submit the invoice.
    
    *   Tap **Send** (app)**.**
        
    *   **Click **Send Invoice** (web)**.****
