## Finding feedback from guests

*   **Visibility:** Turo displays written reviews with the trip rating on the host’s vehicle listing and profile page. 
    
*   **Ratings without written reviews:** If a guest leaves only a rating, it will not appear publicly, but the host can view it via their Business page.
    

## Responding to reviews left by guests

1.  Locate the guest’s written review on the vehicle listing or profile page.
    
2.  Select the option to respond.
    
3.  Draft and double-check the response, as Turo does not allow changes after submission.
    
4.  Submit the response.
    

  

**Important:** Hosts can only respond to written reviews, not trip ratings.

When responding to reviews, demonstrate reliability to potential guests.
