## How to turn on push notifications for your iOS mobile device

Push notifications provide important updates about Turo accounts and trips directly through the Turo app. Users must turn on push notifications in **both** the Turo app and in their iOS mobile device’s **App Settings** page for Turo. If push notifications are disabled in the device’s **App Settings** page, an alert appears near the top of the **Notification settings** page in the Turo app.

Follow these instructions to enable push notifications on your mobile device:

1.  Tap **“More”** at the bottom of the screen. 
    
2.  Tap “**Account**.”
    
3.  Tap “**Notification** **settings**.”
    
4.  Tap “**Re-enable**.”
    
5.  Tap “Notifications” in your phone’s **App Settings** page for Turo 
    
6.  Toggle on “**Allow Notifications**.”
    

  

**Note:** If a user is logged into a Turo account on multiple iOS mobile devices, notifications may only be delivered to 1 device.
