## Third-party liability insurance for guest trips in the UK

All trips that originate in the UK are covered under a third-party automobile liability insurance policy arranged by Turo’s broker Lockton Companies LLP and provided by ERS (Syndicate 218 at Lloyd’s) managed by IQUW Syndicate Management Limited\*.

Subject to terms, conditions, and exclusions, this insurance provides Guests with coverage for bodily injury and property damage to third parties while they are driving the booked Vehicle during the booked trip. 

Specifically, this insurance insures Guests against liability to third parties for property damage resulting from the use of the booked Vehicle during the booked trip, up to £20,000,000.

*   £20,000,000 where the insured vehicle is a private car meaning any private car, estate car or utility car excluding taxi and any for-hire purpose
*   £5,000,000 for all other vehicle types 

Under UK law accidental death of or bodily injury to a third party receives unlimited coverage. 

\*ERS (Syndicate 218 at Lloyd’s) is managed by IQUW Syndicate Management Limited, which is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. (Registered number 204851).
