## Delivery at Lihue Airport (LIH)

Turo has an agreement governing host and guest activity at this airport. Follow the guidelines and instructions below. Agreement violations put you at risk of citations and/or fines from airport authorities. 

LIH requires Turo to remit to the airport a fee that allows your host to deliver a vehicle there. Turo doesn't set this fee, mark it up, or retain any portion of it. 

## Shuttle service

*   If you arrive between 7 am and 11 pm, take the Turo-branded shuttle between LIH and Kukui Grove Center
    
*   If you arrive outside of shuttle operation hours, coordinate alternate transportation to/from the parking area at Kukui Grove Center
    

## Vehicle pickup and return locations

#### Permitted parking locations

*   Kukui Grove Center
    

#### Prohibited locations

*   Anywhere on Lihue Airport property
    
*   Anywhere at Kukui Grove Center outside of approved area 
    

#### Pickup instructions - Kukui Grove Cover

*   Open your **Booked** trip or your Turo **Inbox** to see a notification that your car is ready for pickup. Tap to see the vehicle’s exact location 
    
*   Exit the terminal and head to the Baggage Claim B shuttle, bus, and taxi area
    
    *   From Baggage Claim A, walk to Baggage Claim B
        
    *   From Baggage Claim B, walk 10 yards to the right
        
*   Look for the Turo-branded shuttle that arrives every 20-25 minutes
    
*   Show your Turo reservation to the shuttle driver to board the shuttle to Kukui Grove Center
    
*   Pick up the vehicle from the Turo-dedicated parking area there
    

  

**Note**: Space on the shuttle is limited; if your party is large and there aren’t enough seats, we ask that only the primary driver and one other person use the shuttle to pick up the vehicle and then drive back and pick up the rest of the party at the baggage claim curbside area.

#### Return instructions

*   Use the app at checkout to see the vehicle return locations available to you and to tell your host the vehicle’s parked location, including the name or number of the section and/or parking space
    
*   Return the vehicle to the Turo-dedicated parking area at Kukui Grove Center (behind Target at 4303 Nawiliwili Rd)
    
*   Park in Rows A-G
    
*   Don’t park in any ♿ accessible spaces or spaces reserved for staff and other designees
    
*   Use Turo messaging to tell your host the parking spot number
    
*   Wait at the dedicated shuttle stop for the next shuttle; the shuttle only picks up and drops off at this spot 
    
*   Board the shuttle for LIH; last pickup is at 10:45 pmt
    

  

**Note:** Don’t leave the vehicle unlocked with keys inside when returning the vehicle and checking out remotely. Put them in a secure lockbox provided by the host or notify the host to engage remote locking technology.
