## Delivery at Lihue Airport (LIH)

Turo has a delivery permit governing host and guest activity at this airport. You must comply with: 

*   specific guidelines, parking instructions, and violation fines for LIH listed here;

## Delivery locations

#### Permitted locations – Kukui Grove Center

*   Park no earlier than eight hours before the scheduled trip start 
    
*   Enter the Turo-dedicated parking area at Kukui Grove Center, located behind Target at 4303 Nawiliwili Road, and park in any open Turo-dedicated stall in Rows A-G. 
    
*   Use Turo messaging to tell your guest where to board the Turo-branded shuttle to reach the parking lot (See shuttle hours below) 
    

#### Prohibited locations

*   Anywhere on Lihue Airport property
    
*   Anywhere at Kukui Grove Center outside of approved area 
    

## Shuttle service

*   Tell guests arriving between 7 am and 11 pm to take the Turo-branded shuttle between LIH and Kukui Grove Center
    
*   Tell guests arriving outside of shuttle operation hours to coordinate alternate transportation to/from the parking area at Kukui Grove Center
    
*   You’re strictly prohibited from offering the shuttle service to guests choosing a drop-off or pickup location other than LIH
    

## Delivery permit violations at LIH

**Inappropriate use of the Turo-dedicated parking area or shuttle will result in a violation fee in line with Turo’s** [**airport permit policy**](https://help.turo.com/airport-permit-violation-policy-HJXOrOp_A)**.** Don’t use the Turo-branded parking area or shuttle for any purpose other than LIH drop-off and pickup.
