## Delivery at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Turo has an agreement governing host and guest activity at this airport. Follow the guidelines and instructions below. Agreement violations put you at risk of citations and/or fines from airport authorities. 

LAX requires Turo to remit to the airport a fee that allows your host to deliver a vehicle there. Turo doesn't set this fee, mark it up, or retain any portion of it. This airport charges for parking, and you may be responsible for parking costs. **LAX Budget Parking**  

For pickup, exit the airport on the Arrivals level and walk to the pink LAX shuttle zones at the curb to board the LAX Budget Parking shuttle. 

For return, enter the lot at 5455 West 111th Street and park in an available space, preferably in section B9. Then, take the parking lot shuttle back to the airport terminals. Passenger pickup areas are located throughout the lot.

*   If you picked up the vehicle at the Park My Share location, contact your host for return instructions
    

**Airport Gate Parking**

For pickup, retrieve your luggage, if any, and then go to Departure on the upper level. Stand by the Hotel and Private Parking Shuttle sign, and call 310-654-6481 to provide your Turo reservation information to schedule a ride to the lot. Get on the Fox Auto Parks shuttle to be taken to the vehicle’s parked location.

For return, drive to 5430 W. Century Blvd to reach Airport Gate Parking. The parking attendant that you’re a Turo guest. Give the parking attendant the keys, after parking the vehicle. Go to the front of the fence at the main gate to board Fox Auto Parks shuttle to the airport terminal.

**Sunrise Parking Lot**

For pickup at the Sunrise Parking Lot, retrieve your luggage, if any, and then call 310-410-2025 to schedule airport shuttle pickup for a ride to the lot. Follow instructions provided by the parking lot staff. 

For return, enter the lot at 6155 West 98th Street and tell the parking attendant that you’re a Turo guest. Give the parking attendant the keys, and they’ll park the vehicle for you. 

**Note**: **Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter vans are not eligible to park at this location**

#### **Prohibited locations**

*   Any non-permitted location, including curbside anywhere on airport property
    

#### **Pickup instructions**

*   Open your **Booked** trip or your Turo **Inbox** to see a notification that your car is ready for pickup. Tap to see the vehicle’s exact location 
    
*   Exit using the ticket the host left for you
    

#### **Return instructions**

*   Use the app at checkout to see the vehicle return locations available to you and to tell your host the vehicle’s parked location, including the name or number of the section and/or parking space
    
*   Park no earlier than four hours before the scheduled trip end or no longer than allowed at the parking location, whichever comes first
    
*   Don’t park in any ♿ accessible spaces or spaces reserved for staff and other designees
    

Don’t leave the vehicle unlocked with keys inside when returning the vehicle and checking out remotely. Put them in a secure lockbox provided by the host or notify the host to engage remote locking technology.
