## Policy

Hosts may not submit false, altered or misleading information (e.g. fake insurance documents, altered invoices, altered photos, etc.) for vehicle damage, smoking or cleaning claims, or reimbursement for incidental requests excluded under our [Terms of Service](https://turo.com/policies/terms) or earnings plan policies.

#### Examples of material misrepresentation

* Altering invoices, receipts, or documentation for damage claims or reimbursement requests.
* Submitting recycled or reused invoices, documentation, or photographs for reimbursement or incidental requests

**Note:** This list is not all inclusive.

If we’re unable to verify the validity of information you submit for claims for reimbursement processing, you may be subject to this fee.
