## Delivery pricing

### Pricing and earnings

You can offer free delivery or set a delivery fee up to the maximum allowed at the delivery location. This fee covers the cost of vehicle drop-off **_and_** pickup. You’ll receive 90% of the fee you set, regardless of your [host share](https://help.turo.com/understanding-earnings-and-host-take-rate-r1zDrNlNc).

You can offer free delivery for trips that have a minimum trip length of two days, three days, four days, five days, six days, one week, and two weeks or more.

### Prohibited charges

While you may charge a delivery fee, you may not charge the following costs and/or make these payment arrangements:

* charge guests the cost of fuel to deliver a vehicle
* charge or request reimbursement from a guest or from Turo for any parking fee you pay to pick up your vehicle after a trip ends, in violation of Turo’s [reimbursement violation policy](https://help.turo.com/ineligible-reimbursement-invoices-and-damage-reports-SJ4FBNlV5)
* ask guests to pay for delivery outside of Turo or to pay for parking via a third-party link, in violation of our [Gray market transaction policy](https://help.turo.com/gray-market-transaction-policy-or-hosts-SJOUUNlN5) and [Terms of Service](https://turo.com/policies/terms)

## Delivery locations

### Location options

You can offer delivery to up to 10 point-of-interest locations, such as airports, hotels, train stations, and the like. You can also offer custom delivery to locations that a guest chooses. To do so, set the distance you’re willing to travel to make a custom delivery. The custom delivery radius is “as the crow flies,” so the actual driving distance may be longer.

### Location restrictions

* You may not ask a guest to provide you with a ride home from a delivery location
* You may not deliver a vehicle to an airport where [delivery restrictions](https://help.turo.com/airport-delivery-restrictions-H1sULElEc) are in place

### Vehicle location

You must deliver your vehicle to the delivery location(s) you’ve listed. Failure to do so is a violation of Turo’s [vehicle location misrepresentation policy](https://help.turo.com/vehicle-location-misrepresentation-rytBLNxN5).

You can’t ask guests to travel to, use, or pay for transportation to a vehicle location outside your listed delivery location, and you can’t offer to cover, reimburse the cost, or arrange for such travel.

You may not set your vehicle’s home or custom delivery location on airport property. If you do so, and Turo has a delivery permit at that airport, it will trigger an airport delivery fee for your guest.

## Delivery settings and visibility

To view and/or change your delivery settings, go to your account’s **Vehicles** page, choose **Settings**, and then choose **Locations**. You’ll see a table of locations and the vehicles available at those locations. To change a vehicle’s delivery fee, tap/click the pencil icon to the far right of the listed vehicle.

You can manage delivery settings for multiple vehicles by creating vehicle groups tied to point-of-interest locations.

## Guest instructions

### Vehicle location

Message your guests or use the in-app guided location feature, if available, to give clear and detailed instructions to help them find your vehicle. If the guided location feature is available to you for an airport location where you deliver, Turo requires that you use it. Save your parking location details in the “Location and delivery” setting and when you arrive at the airport, drop a pin and add your exact parking details.

### Parking fees
