## Delivery at Okeechobee County Airport (OBE)

Turo has an agreement governing host and guest activity at this airport. Follow the guidelines and instructions below. Agreement violations put you at risk of citations and/or fines from airport authorities. 

OBE requires Turo to remit to the airport a fee that allows your host to deliver a vehicle there. Turo doesn't set this fee, mark it up, or retain any portion of it.

OBE offers several different vehicle pickup and drop-off locations, including airside delivery, which comes with a fee. Contact your host in advance to learn which option(s) they offer and confirm your delivery choice.

## Vehicle pickup and return locations

#### Permitted parking locations

*   Designated delivery area (gravel lot) on NW 20th Trail
    

#### Prohibited locations

*   Any non-permitted location including curbside anywhere on airport property, except for permitted curbside drop-off/pickup location
    

#### Pickup instructions

*   Open your **Booked** trip or your Turo **Inbox** to see a notification that your car is ready for pickup. Tap to see the vehicle’s exact location 
    
*   Exit using the ticket the host left for you
    

#### Return instructions

*   Use the app at checkout to see the vehicle return locations available to you and to tell your host the vehicle’s parked location, including the name or number of the section and/or parking space
    
*   Park no earlier than four hours before the scheduled trip end or no longer than allowed at the parking location, whichever comes first
    
*   Enter the parking location, pull a ticket, and leave it in the vehicle for your host
    
*   Don’t park in any ♿ accessible spaces or spaces reserved for staff and other designees
    

  

**Note:** Don’t leave the vehicle unlocked with keys inside when returning the vehicle and checking out remotely. Put them in a secure lockbox provided by the host or notify the host to engage remote locking technology.

#### Permitted locations

*   At the aircraft 
    
*   Alongside the terminal near the aircraft
    
*   In front of the terminal 
    

#### Pickup instructions 

*   Complete in-person pickup from your host in less than five minutes at this location
    
*   Don’t leave the vehicle unattended
    
*   If you’ve made arrangements with your host to pick up the vehicle at the aircraft when you deplane, a member of the airport staff will bring the vehicle to you
    

## Frequently asked questions about aircraft delivery at OBE

#### Who’ll deliver the vehicle to me at the aircraft? 

A member of the airport staff will deliver your vehicle to the aircraft and hand it off to you when you deplane.

#### Am I responsible if the vehicle is in an accident while it’s being delivered?

In the unlikely event of an accident, Okeechobee County Airport’s liability policy will provide coverage. Your host will work with OBE to manage the claim.
