#### Permitted parking locations 

*    Designated delivery area (gravel lot) on NW 20th Trail
    

#### Permitted _in-person only_ location – In front of terminal 

*   Use Turo messaging to contact your guest and ask that they message you when they’re inside the terminal and ready for drop-off
    
*   Once the guest has arrived inside the terminal, pull up to the in-person drop-off area in front of the terminal 
    
*   Meet your guest and only remain in the area while actively handing off the vehicle; don’t leave the vehicle unattended
    

#### Permitted _in-person only_ location – Alongside the terminal near the aircraft

*   Visit the customer service counter inside the terminal
    
*   Let airport staff know you’re making an in-person drop-off near the aircraft
    
*   Follow all directions given by airport staff
    
*   Use Turo messaging to tell your guest the location of the vehicle
    
*   Stay with the vehicle until your guest arrives; don’t leave the vehicle unattended
    

#### Permitted _in-person only_ location – At the aircraft

*   Visit the customer service counter inside the terminal
    
*   Let airport staff know you have an in-person drop-off and that you’d like the vehicle delivered directly to the guest **at** the aircraft
    
*   Pay airport staff the $25 drop-off fee
    
*   Hand over the keys and vehicle to airport staff
    
*   Follow any additional directions given by airport staff
    

#### Prohibited locations

*   Any non-permitted location including curbside anywhere on airport property, except for permitted curbside drop-off/pickup location
    

## Delivery permit violations at OBE

Failure to comply with parking and other rules at this airport is a violation of OBE's rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You may incur a warning, fine and/or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

## Frequently asked questions about delivery at the aircraft at OBE 

**Can I request reimbursement for the $25 fee to have my vehicle delivered at the aircraft?**

You can’t request reimbursement for this fee from Turo or from your guest. If you want to offer this service, factor the cost into your delivery fee.

**Who’ll deliver my vehicle to the aircraft once I hand over the keys?** 

A member of the airport staff will deliver your vehicle to the aircraft and hand it off to the guest.

**Is my vehicle covered if there’s an accident while an airport staff member is driving it?** 

In the unlikely event of an accident, Okeechobee County Airport’s liability policy will cover injury to another person and property damage, including damage to your vehicle, if an accident occurs while an airport staff member is driving the vehicle.
