## Webinar access and completion

Once you [finish the vehicle listing flow](https://help.turo.com/listing-a-vehicle-us-ryVXrEeVq), use the Turo app to complete a brief virtual orientation webinar.

To access the webinar:

1. Make sure your account is in **Host mode.**

2. Select **“Vehicles”** and **select your vehicle listing.**

3. Tap “**Finish one more step so guests can book your vehicle**.”

4. Choose “**Attend a virtual orientation**,” where you’ll be prompted to register and complete the orientation video.

Once you complete the webinar, Turo will review your listing’s readiness. If your listing is confirmed, we’ll list your vehicle in 24 to 48 hours, if not sooner.

## Bookings and expectations

Once your listing is live on Turo, you can receive bookings within 24 to 48 hours, if not sooner. Turo will only accept bookings for you that align with your vehicle settings. You’re expected to honor all confirmed bookings.

If you’re not receiving bookings, it could be due to limited availability, high pricing, poor photo quality, or not offering delivery. Regularly review your listing settings to ensure you remain competitive.

## Vehicle availability options

If you need extra time to prepare for your first booking, [block off time on your calendar](https://help.turo.com/setting-your-car's-availability-BkpBSVxVq) or [snooze or unlist your vehicle](https://help.turo.com/unlisting-or-snoozing-a-vehicle-listing-ryotlwkUq).

* Use your calendar to set availability for vehicle pickup and return and to make your vehicle unavailable for dates and times when you can’t accommodate a trip.

* Snooze if you need to make the listing inactive for a specified time.

* Unlist if you need a longer break and are unsure when the vehicle will be available again.

## Trip issues and emergency support

In the unlikely event that issues arise during a trip, Turo is here to help.

* If damage occurs during a trip, [report damage](https://turo.com/us/en/resolutions) through the app; if you have questions about claims or the claims process, [contact Turo’s claims team](https://help.turo.com/contacting-claims-or-hosts-rya5IVlN5)
