## Delivery at Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Turo has a delivery permit governing host and guest activity at this airport. You must comply with:

## Delivery locations and instructions

#### Permitted location - Surface Lots Atlantis or Endeavour

*   Enter using your E-PASS transponder or SunPass sticker
    
*   Instruct your guests to keep the transponder or sticker in place so they can exit and enter the lot without charge
    

#### Permitted location - Premium Reserved Parking (Garage C, Level 4 _only_)

*    Enter the garage on Level 4 with your reservation confirmation QR code
    
*   Provide your guest with the QR code
    

#### Permitted location - South Park Place Economy lot

*   Use this lot _only_ if surface lots are full
    
*   Enter using your E-PASS transponder or SunPass sticker
    
*   Instruct your guests to keep the transponder or sticker in place so they can exit and enter the lot without charge
    

#### Permitted _in-person only_ location - Train station

*   Follow Jeff Fuqua Boulevard/Access Road past Economy Parking, turn right on Station Loop Road, then bear right and park curbside
    

#### Prohibited locations

*   Curbside anywhere on airport property
    

#### Approved alternative location 

*   Park My Share

You may also park at the Park My Share location at this airport. To set up access to the lot, you must enroll in the [Park My Share program](https://parkmyshare.com/locations-mco). ## Airport transportation

MCO operates a free shuttle between surface lot Atlantis and the train station. The shuttle runs 24/7, 365 days a week, departing every 10 minutes. 

## Parking cost

You must cover the cost of parking at MCO for yourself and your guests. To do so, you must enroll in the E-PASS or SunPass Plus Parking with Easy Pay programs or prepay for Premium Reserved Parking in Garage C on Level 4. **You may not require guests to pay for parking or request parking reimbursement from guests.**

**E-PASS and SunPass Plus Parking with Easy Pay programs**

Enroll in the [E-PASS](https://epass.cfxway.com/EpassWeb/) or [SunPass Plus Parking with Easy Pay](https://www.sunpass.com/en/about/sunPassPlusParking.shtml) programs, set up MCO parking access and payment via the programs, and place the E-PASS transponder or SunPass sticker in your vehicle. Keep it in place for all trips to and from MCO. You should instruct your guests to keep the transponder or sticker in place so they can exit and enter the lot without charge.

## Delivery permit violations at MCO

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of MCO’s rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You’ll incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: $100 airport fine and two-week suspension from delivering to MCO
    
*   **Second violation**: $250 airport fine and one-month suspension from delivering to MCO
