Learn more about the requirements to achieve Power Host status. ## Power Host program requirements Power Hosts are our most responsible, reliable, and experienced hosts who consistently set an example for other Turo hosts. The Power Host program provides enhanced support and perks to these exceptional hosts so they can more easily offer excellent guest service. Power Hosts can reach a prioritised email inbox via the **“Contact Us”** widget at the bottom of the page. Our system recognises Power Hosts, so there’s no need to identify yourself when you reach out — we’ll automatically prioritise your message. For time-sensitive issues, select the option to chat with a live agent via the **“Contact Us”** widget.  If your issue is related to an in-progress trip, call our general support number at +44 808 164 1454. **Note:** Remember, you can use the [claims dashboard](https://help.turo.com/viewing-and-managing-claims-dashboard-S1FAwXad5) to easily check the status of a claim managed by Turo or to escalate an issue you've been unable to resolve directly with a guest. You can create and send invoices for guest reimbursement of post-trip costs for missing fuel, additional distance, tickets, and tolls.
