## Power Host program requirements

Power Hosts are the most dependable, ambitious, and accomplished hosts on Turo. The Power Host program provides enhanced support and perks to these exceptional hosts so they can more easily offer excellent guest service.

If you meet the following performance requirements\* for a period of three or more months, we may invite you to the Power Host program: 

*   Meet [All-Star Host requirements](https://help.turo.com/all-star-host-program-r18TBExV5)
*   Have at least three active vehicles on Turo during the past 365 days with at least one completed trip on each
*   Earn $20,000+ during the past 365 days

## Power Host perks 

**Important:** You’re only eligible for Power Host perks while actively maintaining your Power Host status.

### Power Host customer support

Dedicated Power Host Support agents are available seven days a week to answer your questions and resolve issues. Use the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of this page to reach customer support. If prompted to enter an email address, use the email tied to your Turo account so we know you’re a Power Host. For time-sensitive issues, call +1 (888) 391-0460 from the phone number tied to your Turo account and we’ll connect you with a Power Host Support agent, if available, for immediate help.

### Power Host claims support 

Power Hosts in Canada receive support from our dedicated Claims Specialists on all higher-value and higher-complexity claims. Once you report damage above a defined threshold, your claim is automatically assigned to this team for expert review and handling. The Power Host Claims team is available Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm Eastern Time (excluding holidays). Team members do their best to reply to emails within one business day and resolve your claim accurately in as little time as possible. You can help expedite your claim by providing all pre/post-trip photos and other requested documents as quickly as possible. This team can also assist If there were non-damage issues that occurred during the trip. You must be a Power Host when you file a claim to access Power Host claims benefits.

### Power Host windshield and tire repair (More earnings plan claims only)

For a Power Host’s claim for glass repair, we’ll pay up to a maximum of $100 per eligible claim, without any applicable damage responsibility. For tire repairs or replacement we'll pay up to a maximum of $200 per eligible claim, without any applicable damage responsibility.
