We accept only official Turo coupons with active promotional dates. Promo codes are for one-time use only for trips in the country of the monetary currency of the code and may not be redeemed on trip reservations initiated on third-party websites. Please refer to the email, push or other communication from Turo offering the promo code for any limitations on use of the promo code such as expiration, trip amount, or other requirements. Promo codes can’t be combined with other offers. Promotional discount applies to the price of the vehicle only and excludes any applicable fees, delivery costs, Extras, protection costs, or taxes.

We don’t support promotions offered by third-party services, and we can’t apply promo codes, travel credit, or discounts to already booked trips. Users with a suspended or closed account aren’t eligible to redeem a discount or promo code. You can’t redeem promo codes, travel credit, or discounts for cash or alternate compensation, and you can’t gift, transfer, or sell travel credit, promo codes, or discount codes to anyone. You can’t enter into a Turo transaction with a member of the family, household, friend, colleague, or acquaintance.  

All trips must be in compliance with our [Terms of service](https://turo.com/policies/terms) and Turo reserves the right to change or limit a promotion at its sole discretion. If Turo suspects fraud, tampering, violations of the Turo Terms of service, or technical errors, we reserve the right to any remedy, including denial of the discount or cancellation of your account or booked trips.
