## Delivery locations

#### Permitted location

*   Turo-dedicated parking spaces in the Long-Term Lot

#### Permitted _in-person only_ location

*   Rideshare Loading Zone located at 2298 Radar Way  
      
    Park in any of these permitted areas: 
    *   one of the spaces designated for “Peer to Peer Carsharing”; **_OR_**
    *   along the curb labeled “Rideshare pickup only”; **_OR_**
    *   along the curb labeled “Rideshare Passenger Loading/Unloading Only” 

#### Prohibited locations

*   Overflow/Blue Lot
*   Any other non-permitted location, including curbside anywhere on airport property, except for permitted in-person areas in the Rideshare Loading Zone 

## Delivery permit violations at RNO

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of RNO's rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You will incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: Verbal warning
*   **Second violation**: Written warning and $100 airport fine
*   **Third violation:** Permanent suspension from delivering to RNO and $250 airport fine
