## Reporting a smoking issue

To report a smoking issue, open the trip and on the Details page tap “Report Issue” to choose “Smoking violation.”

You have up to 72 hours after a trip ends to report a smoking issue. Your pre-trip photos must have been taken no more than 24 hours before trip start and uploaded no more than 24 hours after trip start. Your post-trip photos must have been taken and uploaded no more than  24 hours after trip end.

Turo won’t process reports with missing photos or photos taken outside the prescribed timeframe.

## Checking issue status
