Park in the Cell Phone Lot until your guest has confirmed via Turo messaging that they’re ready to pick up the vehicle. Follow signs for the Shuttle Lot. The lot is not gated, and there’s no fee to enter or exit.

#### Prohibited locations

*   Any non-permitted location, including curbside anywhere on airport property
    

## Delivery permit violations at SGF

Failure to comply with parking and other rules at this airport is a violation of SGF's rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You will incur a warning, fine and/or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: Verbal warning
    
*   **Second violation**: $50 airport fine and written warning
    
*   **Third violation:** $100 airport fine and permanent suspension from delivering to SGF
