## Delivery at Tampa International Airport (TPA)

Turo has a delivery permit governing host and guest activity at this airport. You must comply with: 

*   specific guidelines, parking instructions, and violation fines for TPA listed here;

## Delivery locations

#### Permitted location – Economy Parking Garage

*   Follow signs for “Rental Car Center and Economy Parking Garage”
    

#### Permitted _in-person only_ location – Curbside at the Rental Car Center 

*   Follow signs for “Customer Drop-off” to reach the Rental Car Center at 5403 Airport Service Road
    
*   Meet your guest _**in person**_ at the curb
    
*   Stay with the vehicle until your guest arrives; don’t leave the vehicle unattended
    
*   Complete drop-off and pickup in less than five minutes
    
*   All drop-offs and pickups at this location must be made in person; TPA doesn’t permit remote drop-off and pickup curbside at the Rental Car Center
    

#### Prohibited locations

*   Curbside anywhere on airport property
    

## Delivery permit violations at TPA

Failure to comply with parking rules at this airport is a violation of TPA’s rules and of Turo’s airport permit policy. License plate reader technology will record any drop-off or pickup at an unapproved airport location. You’ll incur a warning or suspension from the airport _as well as_ an [airport permit policy violation fee](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) for each violation. Turo will deduct airport violation fees from host earnings. 

*   **First violation**: Written warning and $200 airport fine
    
*   **Second violation**: Written warning and $300 airport fine
    
*   **Third violation**: Suspension from delivering to TPA
