## Host asked you to cancel

If your host asked you to cancel the trip for them, tell them Turo requires them to cancel. If you cancel, Turo may charge you a cancellation fee. If your host's failure to cancel is preventing you from booking a new trip, contact us.

## Turo canceled your trip

If you received a cancellation notice but neither you nor your host canceled the trip, it means Turo canceled the trip due to a license or verification issue. If you didn’t upload your driver’s license when you booked your trip, you’ll have up to two hours before your trip starts to do so. Otherwise, Turo will cancel your trip. Turo will also cancel your trip two hours before start time if you were given the option post-booking to purchase or decline protection and you took neither action.
