## Frequently asked questions

#### How can I qualify to receive statement credit?

To qualify, you must [link your Citi® / AAdvantage® Globe™card](https://turo.com/us/en/globe) or [link your Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard®](https://turo.com/us/en/aadvantageplatinum) to your Turo account and book your trip using the linked card. Your card must be open and in good standing. Terms and conditions apply, so read complete information on the linked pages.

#### My husband and I share our credit card. Can we both link it to our Turo accounts?

You can link only one Turo account to each Citi® / AAdvantage® Globe™card or Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard®.

#### When will I see the credit on my card statement?

You’ll see the statement credit posted to your credit card account within one to two billing cycles. If you don’t, check with your credit card provider.

#### I paid for a trip with my Citi® / AAdvantage® Globe™ card before Oct. 19. Can I still get the statement credit?

Guests aren’t eligible to earn statement credit for payments made with their Citi® / AAdvantage® Globe™ card in advance of the Oct. 19, 2025 launch of Turo’s partnership with Citibank and American Airlines.

#### What qualifies as a completed trip?

A Turo trip is complete once the booked vehicle has been returned on time to the vehicle’s designated return location for the trip.

#### My trip was canceled. Will I still get statement credit for using my card?

If you canceled your trip or if it was canceled by your host or by Turo, it won’t be eligible to earn statement credit. Only completed trips qualify for the statement credit.

#### I received charges after my trip ended. Do these count toward statement credit?

Any charges made to a cardmember after a Turo trip is completed aren’t considered part of the completed trip and aren’t eligible to earn statement credit.

#### I booked my trip on a third-party site. Will I still earn statement credit?

Only trips booked on [Turo.com](http://turo.com) or the Turo app are eligible to earn statement credit.

#### I linked my Citi® card and used it to pay for my trip. Why didn’t I receive statement credit?

If you paid for your trip using Virtual Account Numbers, Virtual Card Numbers, or Digital Wallets including, but not limited to Apple Pay or Android Pay, your trip isn’t eligible  and won’t count toward receiving statement credit. Duplicate, fraudulent, canceled, refunded purchases and purchases made in violation of either Turo’s terms of service or Citi terms of use, as determined by Turo or Citi, as applicable, aren’t eligible for this offer.

#### Why did I receive less than $30 in statement credit?

If you received less than $30 for an eligible completed trip, it’s because the charge to your credit card for the trip booking was less than $30. This may occur in cases in which you used travel credit, a promo code and/or a gift card(s) in paying for a portion of your trip.
