## Updating your driver’s license

You can update your driver’s license information — middle name, last name, address, license number, and license expiration date — by [following this link to your Account page](https://turo.com/account/add-drivers-license?mode=edit). 

If you’re using the Turo app, you can scan your license to autofill the information. Once you’ve made your updates, tap “**Submit driver’s license**” (app) or click “**Save and continue**” (web).  

To update the first name on your license or to correct your date of birth, complete and submit [this form](https://turo.kustomer.help/contact/update-account-name-B14KAcaxJx). We’ll email you within two to three business days with a status update. You can’t have the name or date of birth on your account changed to someone else’s name or date of birth. Turo requires all users to have their own account.
