#### This policy outlines what Turo considers misrepresentation of a vehicle’s location and the penalties for policy violation.

## Policy 

Turo requires the vehicle location(s) that appear in your listing match the physical location(s) of your vehicle. This is true for listed home and delivery locations. You may not ask guests to travel to a vehicle location outside your listed delivery location, and you must fully and accurately communicate vehicle location in your pickup and return instructions to guests. Vehicle airport location misrepresentation includes, but isn’t limited to:

*   setting your vehicle’s home or custom delivery location on airport property 
*   advertising your vehicle as available for airport delivery then asking guests to choose a delivery location near but not at the airport or approved airport parking location 
*   listing a vehicle as available for airport delivery and requesting guests arrange third-party transportation to get to the vehicle from the airport

## Violations

Misrepresentation of a vehicle’s location either by listing, advertising, photos, messaging, text, or by phone will result in a $100\* violation fee, loss of host earnings for the affected trip(s), and any [applicable fees](https://help.turo.com/host-fees-r1aIIExV5) to be determined by Turo. It may also result in removal from Turo and/or voiding your protection.
