## What’s a car sharing agreement

Turo creates a car sharing agreement for each trip a guest books. Along with the Trip details, it outlines the terms and conditions you and your guest agree to follow.

## How to view car sharing agreement on the app

1.  Open your [**Trips**](https://turo.com/trips/booked) tab 
2.  Navigate to the **Booked** tab 
3.  Find and open the **Help** tab and tap **“Car sharing agreement”**

## How to view car sharing agreement on the web

1.  Open your [**Trips**](https://turo.com/trips/booked) tab 
2.  Navigate to the **Booked** tab 
3.  Find and open the trip
4.  Under **“Vehicle documents,”** click on **“View car sharing agreement”**

**Note:** If the guest adds [additional drivers](https://help.turo.com/adding-a-driver-to-a-trip-HksENgV5) to the trip, we’ll update the agreement to include their information, too.
