About Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN)
Turo has an agreement governing host and guest activity at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). Follow the guidelines and instructions below. Agreement violations put you at risk of citations and/or fines from airport authorities.
Fees
- If your host requires you to cover the cost of a parking fee to enter or exit at an airport parking location, Turo requires them to disclose that information in their vehicle listing.
- BZN requires Turo to collect and remit to the airport a fee that allows your host to deliver a vehicle there. Turo doesn't set this fee, mark it up, or retain any portion of it.
Pickup and return
Prohibited
Turo and BZN allow vehicle pickup and return only at the locations listed below. Curbside pickup or return isn’t allowed at BZN.
Pickup: Public parking lots
- Check for vehicle location information from your host; if they haven't yet been in touch, contact them to learn where the vehicle is parked
- Exit using the ticket the host left in the vehicle for you
Return: Public parking lots
- Park no earlier than four hours before the scheduled trip end or no longer than allowed by the lot, whichever comes first
- Enter the lot, pull a ticket, and leave it in the vehicle for your host
- Don’t park in any ♿ accessible stalls or stalls reserved for staff and other designees
- Use Turo messaging to tell your host the location of the vehicle, including the name or number of the section and parking stall
Note: Don’t leave the vehicle unlocked with keys inside when returning the vehicle and checking out remotely. Put them in a secure lockbox provided by the host or notify the host to engage remote locking technology.
Pickup and return in-person only: Premium Parking A (Designated Turo parking stalls)
- Meet your host at one of the first four stalls in the first row of the short-term parking area in Premium Parking A; these are designated for use by Turo
- When returning, follow the signs for Premium Parking, and park in one of the designated stalls; if full, park in the nearest open stall
- Stay with the vehicle until your host arrives; don’t leave the vehicle unattended
- Complete pickup and return in less than five minutes
- All pickups and returns at this location must be made in person; BZN doesn’t permit remote pickup and return in the designated Turo stalls in Premium Parking A
Note: Use the Location sharing feature to coordinate with your host; the “Share location” button will display on the Details page of the trip two hours before and one hour into the trip start.
